We built the tool we needed to run our own outbound.
Every cold email vendor sells the same rented contact list through a different UI. We wanted to own the data supply rather than rent access to it — so outreachstack ingests a bulk domain feed into a lake of its own, daily, and resolves the DNS itself. The querying, the signals and the versioned criteria on top are ours; what we buy is the raw feed, and we would rather say which is which.
It's multi-tenant from day one, and the company that builds it is tenant #1: our own sending domain runs on our own mail server, through the same API every other tenant will use. If something in the sending pipeline breaks, we notice in our own inbox before a support ticket tells us — which is how we learned that a message can authenticate perfectly and still be filed as spam.
Everything the dashboard can do, an authenticated agent can do, because we think the next generation of outbound tooling gets run by agents as often as by people and a platform that hides capability behind a click can't be one of them. The CLI and the MCP server are clients of that same API, and where either is still waiting on an endpoint it says so and exits rather than inventing a result.
We build and host in the European Union, on Hetzner infrastructure, and we say what that covers and what it doesn't rather than putting a flag in the footer and hoping nobody asks.
Where we are
Pre-launch. No paying customers yet, no case studies, no testimonials, and no logos on this site belonging to companies that have never used the product. There is no billing in the product either, so there is nothing to sell you today. The only production tenant is our own. The features page marks which parts of the pipeline are running and which are still roadmap; when that changes, both pages change with it.
